Interior design commissioned after a building is already designed is usually solving problems the architecture created — a structural grid that fights the furniture plan, services routed where a reception desk now needs to go, daylight that doesn't reach the rooms people actually spend time in. We avoid that by keeping interiors inside the same scope as the architecture from the start.

Why design interiors alongside the architecture instead of after?
An interior designed after the building is finished has to work around decisions already made — structural grid, service routing, window placement. Resolving both together means the interior plan can actually shape those decisions instead of being limited by them.
Do you take on interior design projects without also designing the building?
